The Student Experience Research Advisory (SERA) was envisioned to be a student-centered initiative run by students that would bring forth positive change to student learning and to the whole Sauder community. SERA was formed to improve and enhance student learning through active student involvement in the planning and design of student-centered projects. As one of the funded proposals of the University’s Teaching Learning Enhancement Fund (TLEF), the SERA team was hired on May 2010 with a group of seven students to initialize the planning and development of the project. This 2010-2011 school year, the SERA team aims to have an increased voice on student learning in the Sauder School of Business.
